Refund policy – Urth&Root™

30-Day Return Policy

  • You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Also you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  • Contact them at hello@urthandroot.com to start a return. Returns must be requested before sending the item — items sent back without prior approval won’t be accepted.

  • If your return is accepted, they will send you a return shipping label plus instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages & Issues

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you should inspect your order on arrival and contact them immediately so they can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
The following kinds of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (special orders / personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

  • The policy suggests returning the original item (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, you can place a separate purchase for a new item — they do not guarantee direct exchange.

For European Union (EU) Shipments — 14-day Cooling-off Period

  • If the item is shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. 

  • Under this right, the item must still meet the same eligibility conditions (unworn/unused, with tags, original packaging, and with receipt).

Refunds

  • Once the return is received and inspected, they will notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval of the return and you have not received your refund, you’re instructed to contact them at hello@shopwondernest.com
